Opens up very slow for Androids
App is no good. Will not let me sign in anymore. I called regions and they had no answer.

Horrible service do not use this app to make deposits or they can be put on hold for no reason and no one can help u with itvery disappointed with the app and regions as a bank.... 2nd response i contacted the bank they told me call customer service so i call them takes an hour to get someone on the phone for them to say theres nothing they can do it was the back office where is this back office i went into the main branch and still no one could help with my deposit and yall hold my money for ?
The mobile deposit feature sucks. It only works about 20% of the time.
Although I have had a difficult time with this bank branch since I opened the account, I deeply appreciate Rachel Boils and the online customer care team (Kat A.) for helping my situation. They are the BEST employees I have come across!!

Love how much easier an app is than the website, but would love yo see some more features.
Update: If I could give this app 0 stars, I would solely because of the mobile deposit feature. There have been constant tech issues since November and it is almost every single time I attempt a mobile deposit. It is more than a small inconvenience at this point and I would rather switch banks entirely than continue to wait for this issue to be resolved.
